Feeling stressed, tired with everything?
Perhaps lockdown has got you feeling “locked down? Or perhaps relationships have felt stretched due to ongoing pressures and you just can’t find that little “peace” of space in your life. These have been interesting times for many of us and it has affected us all in different ways.
Then join Kate for a gentle hour of relaxing visualisation, a time for you to kick off your shoes, settle into a comfortable chair whilst she guides you on a calm relaxing journey where you simply let go of your stresses and strains of the day.

Guidelines for the session:
Ensure you have an undisturbed space to yourself, a comfy chair and ideally headphones to maximise the sense of well-being and space for you. Bring a glass of water, and if you think you may cool down, have a blanket or comfortable wrap with you. No alcohol until after the session preferably!
